After applying latest updates I noticed that all Office 2013 programs (Excel, Word, etc) take a long time to open. Does anyone else noticed this?
UPDATE: Restarted the PC and now the lag is gone, no idea what caused this.

I have another problem. After applying the latest updates and restarting, I get a blinking or flashing "administrator" icon bottom left in the taskbar. Starting the internet explorer or file explorer from the link in the taskbar is not possible anymore. Right click in the taskbar also produces no reaction.
I recovered to a restore point before the update, and all is fine. Did the update again, and the same problem happened.
Anyone can help me? Please, please!
(note: I also described this in the Windows 8 News subforum, but so far, no reply to my help call).
