Im really confused about this, i did everything i see in the internet to get that icon but nothing works. i install my windows 7 home premium and i did all the updates everything ( more then 300 updates ) And yesterday i re install my windows 8.1 pro x64 i did all the updates too ( ~130 updates ) I verify everything i find in the internet. Win10fix_Full i verify my updates etc. i dont know what to do any more.

If you guys have other methodes or sugestions they are welcome.

I installed hundreds of updates on a Win 7 computer as well but never got the prompt to reserve the upgrade so I finally just went to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Download the Media Creation Tool (use USB thumb or ISO) from there and then use it to upgrade your machine.
