Windows 10 Media Creation Tool Questions

If I use the Media Creation Tool for W10, where/how do I get the Product Key? Also, which W10 Version should I select? I am currently on Windows 8.1 64-bit. Thoughts/help appreciated :)

You need to up an upgrade with the media creation tool, once it has upgraded your system, it does some sort of system fingerprinting to the MSFT activation servers so it can recognize the PC, when you clean install you can just skip the key bits and it just activates.

The creation tool will detect which version you are entitled to.
