I did a clean windows 8.1 pro installation.
Now in the windows update I have 92 important updates and 3 optional updates.

In the optional updates I see two updates KB.....etc.... and one update for mouse and keyboard.

My question if I should install this updates ? Always to install all updates ?

I would wait on any optional updates for a bit as some have caused problems recently. I would also check those marked as important and look for KB3022345. If this one is in the batch I would wait on that one as well as it has been the source of some problems.

Possibly post a screenshot of your update list.

Unless I am missing it, I did not see KB3022345 in the list you provided. I saw KB3035583 which some are concerned about but It has not caused the problems KB3022345 has. Anything installed can always be uninstalled within a reasonable amount of time.

If you had not done so it is always a good idea to create a Restore Point before installing updates, especially that many.

If all install successfully don't be surprised to see more when you check for updates again.

And after restarted my pc I have in the optional updates still this two updates: KB3013769 and KB3013816 and also in the important I have new two updates: KB3003667 amd KB3022345.

1. In the list of updates I installed already should I uninstall any of them ?
2. In the updates I added here now should I install them now ? Maybe only the two important.

I noticed now that I see now the KB3022345 update. So I will not install it. And the others ?

I did not see any on the list you provided that I recognized as causing problems. I would recommend holding off on KB3022345 for now and make sure your system digests all the others. If all is well in a couple of days and you don't have any issues or file corruptions I would make a Restore Point and/or other appropriate backup and try installing KB3022345.

I also suggest you Google Search KB3022345 and read up on it a bit. I still think it is a viable and likely important update for the future but considering the problems it has caused for some I think a little caution is in order.

Are you talking about the sfc corruption the update KB3022345 causes? Apparently, this seems to be a false positive according to the KB article saying the following:

"This update enables the Diagnostics Tracking Service in Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. This tracking service collects data about functional issues in Windows.

This update contains the following two manifests that are occasionally updated by the Diagnostic Tracking Service:
  • telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
  • utc.app.json
The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted. There is no impact or corruption on a device that is running this update, and this issue will be fixed in a later service update."

Susan Bradley, an MVP on the Microsoft forums is confirming this: Having trouble uninstalling Windows Optional Update KB3022345 - Microsoft Community

The KB article is saying that this "false positive" corruption will be fixed in future updates.

Yes, That is the current info on KB3022345

I am going to wait until MS has a fix for that issue before I reinstall. Isn't it nice how MS leaves out the fact that V.1 of KB3022345 rendered the DISM functions inoperable. When I run SFC /scannow I don't want to be concerned with getting a false positive or is it a real positive and then have to wade through the CBS log to find out what is real or not.
