Solved Windows Update Flash Player-do i need this?

I am using Google Chrome as my browser and never use Internet Explorer - however just now have important update (see below) ... do i still need to install this update ? thanks in advance .. here is the download:

Flash Player is from Adobe and it is one of the most vulnerable plugin, so I would recommend you to install the update.
