Hello, I think I tried everything including sfc (doesn't finish), dism (error 14098), MS autofixers, manual fiddling - nothing seems to help. At best after searching for updates it gets stuck on 4% while downloading updates (there are KB2962409, KB2967917, KB2975719, KB2990967, KB2993651 pending) or errors with 80073712.
How can I make you some logs so you can see what can be done?
Thanks.

I'm doing this remotely with TeamViewer so doing anything at boot time is not an option ATM.
I did try all the things that are in the WU reset bat file.

IDK, I'd try SFC at boot if I were you, see if you can instruct the user how to do it step by step.

Errors indicate that the store is corrupted, you think that SFC would run successfully at boot time? User has no installation media.

SFC might repair something. Then I'd run DISM and a script to isolate the "bad" files.

Give this a try. The file was created by kronckew, one of our colleagues. Tested it on my Laptop, and it worked!
