Hello everyone. This is my second thread.

I am not able to install several windows updates after a Chkdsk run. I don't know why and have tried all the solutions found on the net but to no avail. Someone please help me. Thanks in advance.

Thank you werty for helping me out.

I have tried the steps and again tried to install the updates. The updates went on to the 100% and then it failed again. But this time when I went to check the update history, it showed me no updates were installed. Not even failure of updates were shown.

When one fails, they all fail. Hide the NET update for now and work on the rest then come back to it. If too many updates at one time, just do a few at a time.

I ended up refreshing my PC. Now, all my problems are done and dusted. Thanks for helping me.

Fresh install at times is always the best to get rid of the crap.
