Update kb2975719 failing

When I install this update, it shows that it has been installed successfully. The veent viewer describes that it has been successfully installed but it is still not getting applied. During reboot, it shows that we were unable to configure the update. I have followed all the steps in the windows forum and the prerequisite. I have followed the steps that were mentioned in the below article.

Applied this troubleshooter. Everytime I run this troubleshooter, it indicate that they have fixed service registration keys. Solved problem with windows update 0x800003. I have disabled the firewall and antivirus, but still not found any fruitful results.

I already did that too, the package is shown successfully in eventvwr, but it get failed at reboot and shows, we could not complete the update.
