Can I activate windows to go created from windows 8 pro with my genuine 8 key?

Sorry, but no. You would need a genuine Windows 8 Pro key to activate it.

Dear Brink I have a genuine win 8 pro key with which I installed win 8 pro and activated it in my system. Now my question is whether I can use the same key to activate windows to go created from install.wim and if I use the key whether it will deactivate the original activated installation. Thanks.

If you have more than one running Windows installation activated with the same key, then eventual one or both will become deactivated.

As per the EULA, you can only have one installation activated with a key at the same time.

Windows To Go requeriers volume activation use your company\universitie kms or ad server to activate.

By default yes, but there's also the workaround below to create a Windows To Go with Windows 8 Pro instead of Enterprise.
