Hello all,
I purchased a new DELL laptop which comes with Windows 8, on the store they wrote that I can update to Windows 8.1 for free, but whenever I try to download it, it tells me the following error : " You need to use an account with Administrator privileges ...." (the screen shot is in the attachments).
The point is that I do have an administrator account, in fact, I made 2, and also I tried to install it from the default administrator which is hidden usually (from this account I wasn't able to open the store at all).
Is there any way to fix the problem and start updating my device?
If anyone knows how to do it I will be really thankful.
Thank you all in advance,
