KB2919355 problems not solved yet from Microsoft

All people that are NOT using Microsoft Account are facing problems caused by new OneDrive Enhancements after installing KB2919355 Update 1.
The most usual is 30 seconds Desktop freeze, that most of us may have not noticed, which is a result of OneDrive's process Skydrive.exe, to link Microsoft's OneDrive Server, even if using a Local Account on our PC.
This is simple for everyone to notice by opening a folder(Not This Computer icon but a whatever other folder) while in Local Account, then close it and try to click on any icon on Desktop. Everything is freeze for 30 seconds.
This also does not happen to people that have not setup OneDrive for their PC's.
I wonder if Microsoft Programmers will ever fix that annoying issue. This is almost 2 months.
