Yes, I did further digging and found the cause also.
I just got a note from Gary at Belarc saying they don't update as fast as Windows and got into the 2nd Tuesday - He advised waiting up to a week after any advisories before running the product.
Thank you for the replies,
Peter

I just ran the Belarc program again. It said all updates up to date. The date on my KB2934802 was 02/20/2014. I've lost a little confidence in that program since the last time it said that I had an update missing when I didn't. This time it said that I had Nero 11 when I have Nero 12. Before it's all ways said Nero 12.

I wonder if there is another program that dos the job better? Invalid information is as disturbing as wrong information.
I just checked my Belarc and it is up to date.
