Anyways to stop a specific update?

I would like to stop a specific update from installing, but am having trouble doing that. I can stop all updates from being downloaded by making a registry alteration, but this keeps me from downloading any updates. Any ideas?

Control Panel>Windows Update>Change settings>drop down: 'Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them'>OK.
(right clicking on specific updates you can choose to 'Hide' them and eventually restore them if necessary.)

If you like, you could hide the Windows Update to prevent it from being installed.

Are you guys sure this is possible for the RT system? I know it works on regular 8, but can't find the option on RT.

Also, you should clear out this folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download.
