My Windows is activated and the watermark was removed but soon after a restart the watermark was back. Is there a way to remove it?

However, I am not sure the problem has been solved yet.

Why is your Windows 8 Start logo reversed (compared with :winkey:)?

I actually have found a solution my self right after I got home from work. I used "My WCP Water Mark Editor/Remover" and the watermark is gone now.

To answer your question the reason why my Start button is "reversed" is because I am using IOBit Start Menu 8

Hi there
If you install the RELEASED copy - not the PREVIEW then the watermark will go when you NEXT boot the system AFTER you've activated it.

The preview is due to expire in January anyway so why bother to keep using it.

This is a retail copy and I have activated it. Like I said, it was gone once I activated it and the watermark was removed after a reboot but it came back again after a second reboot. Windows still says it's activated in Computer Properties as well so I don't know why the watermark wasn't being removed without third party programs.
