activation error code 0x80072EE7

im getting the same error code 0x80072EE7 but when i connect to the internet it says activated once i disconnect the internet it says not activated. please advise on how to solve this. thanks in advance

You need to contact Microsoft. Some of the Win 8 copies are not activating easily

If it's a pirate copy of Win 8, you need to buy it to get a valid product key for activation.

but i bought it from a genuine and registered dealer here how can it not be genuine
