Please open an Elevated Command Prompt window (in Start, type 'Command' - a Command Prompt icon will appear, right-click on it, and select Run as Administrator)
At the Prompt, type

Licensingdiag.exe -report %userprofile%\desktop\report.txt -log %userprofile%\desktop\repfiles.cab

(note the spaces!)
two files will be put on your desktop -
open the 'report.txt' file in Notepad, and copy/paste the results to your response - you can ignore the repfiles.cab file for the moment, as it's only backup data

0xc0020050 - this appears to be related to a failure in RPC (and is very unusual, so far as I can see)
What anti-virus and other security software is installed?

RPC? I use webroot anti-virus, I think McAfee was also installed once for a short while..That's it

When you uninstalled McAfee, did you also run their cleanup tool?
Download the McAfee removal tool from:

http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

Click Save, and save the file to a folder on your computer.
Navigate to the folder where you saved the file.
right-click on MCPR.exe and select 'Run as Administrator' to run the removal tool.

when complete, reboot.

delete both the report.txt and repfiles.cab files, and then run the LicensingDiag command again - post the new result.

Hi there
if it's W8 PRO or Enterprise type in SLUI 3 from command mode and then enter the product ID -- should be on the bottom of your laptop. Then W8 will activate automatically for you.

Cheers

I did all that but im not sure if it worked since when it restarted it said windows failed to installed updates (Which it always does after the whole reset thing)

Windows 8 from large manufacturers has NO COA Sticker - merely a license sticker without any Key.
It's only the System Builder installs that have normal Product Keys.
