You might need to enter your product key again. To fix the problem, follow these steps:
- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)
- Enter SLUI 03 in the search box, tap or click Apps, and then tap or click SLUI 03.
- Enter your 25–digit product key and tap or clickActivate. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
