windows updates done locally (not via wsus) using accoun with local admin priviledges.
I have a requirement to run windows updates using the run as command. i have found out you can run as other applications, but not those in control panel. i have had no problems in the past with win7 or xp clients in doing it his way, but cannot find a way around it for windows 8. when i run windows updates as the user it appears to work, but just sits at 0 percent.
For some reason they seem to have lessened not strengthened the ability of run as in windows 8???? dont want to rant about it yet but...getting
