Windows 8 activation

Hi to all, I have a unusual problem, I do an upgrade from win7 to win 8 and all working ok except one thing, I have two lan card's dhat I use for 2 internet connection's dhat I use individually, when I use Internet connection 1 windows is activated, dhen when I disable Internet connection 1 and enable Internet connection 2 windows deactivate itself, and when I disable internet connection 2 and enable Internet connection 1 windows Is now automatically activated. Is someone else have that's problem or similar and how you solved dhat...?

That is weird, I recommend running SFC /SCANNOW on an elevated Command Prompt.

You should not disable the cards in the BIOS - this will almost always cause an activation request.
disable them in Device Manager instead.

I never disable card in bios, I disable card in device menager and dhat cause deactivation.

Disabling in Device Manager certainly shouldn't cause the problem - unless you also uninstall the driver.

No I not unistall driver, I recorded that event and sent it to microsoft, I gona see what dey haw to say about dhat

One way around it - so long as you never use the two NIC's together - may be to force the 'odd one' to use the same MAC address as the one that works. Certainly this solved a similar problem in Win7 in one case I know of.

Hi, what ever I do I not able to fix problem, I talk the 3 times to Microsoft support ower phone a unable to solve anything, and after all I get recommendations from Microsoft dhat will be best to do a clean install (fifth time since first install because various errors), so I do a clean install agen and now everything working fine, and now is no longer problem with activation and deactivation because lan cards.
