So, my laptop has a graphics card problem, so whenever I restart or turn it off, it takes about 100 times for the screen to turn on. Easy solution...don't turn my laptop. So during Winter Break, I turned off Automatic Updates to prevent it from restarting.
However, I'm now back on campus at my college, and in order for me to use the internet, I need Automatic Updates enabled. So is there some type of registry hack or ANYTHING so that I can do to have automatic updates enabled, yet not have it ever restart?
