Solved Got W8 Pro Product key.....do I have to install in time limit?

well i had a promo code that came with my new laptop, and bought the windows 8 pro upgrade for £14.99.

The thing is...I dont want to install it.
I don't want to install it for at least a year.

Can i actually install it any time I want, now that I have the product key? Or do I have to use that product key within a certain amount of time?

The time limit is only for registration for the offer - once you have the Key, it can be used at any time.
