7 'securities' here, all seems well. And (strangely) no new attempts at spreading more W10 influenza.

Everything looks good on my end (W8.1 x64).. I'm surprised the W10 garbage updates didn't "magically" become unhidden. Maybe M$ is finally getting it, some people simply don't want W10.

Yeah, got the same. Like you, I was sitting there wondering why it was taking a bit longer than usual to restart, but it came through, and all seems to work.

Hallo
I got problems with the update. This is the first time in my life I have such problems.
After the update and restart, I got a blinking "shield" on the bottom left in the taskbar. Also, my link in the taskbar to internet explorer and file explorer did not react anymore. Right click on the empty taskbar, also no reaction.
I restored to the point before the update.
Anyone any idea what the problem could be and what I should do?

Just the seven security updates for me. I notice however that a Browser Choice Tile has been added. Why ? I skimmed through the update descriptions and did not see this mentioned.

I repeated the update. Afterwards, after restarting, the same problem occurred (flashing administrator shield symbol).
I recovered again to the restore point before the update.
Anyone can help me? Thanks.

These are the updates that showed up this morning:
  1. 6 security update
  2. 9 optional
  3. 22 Office 2013

One of them (KB2999226) is for Universal C Runtime (CRT). If this update is not installed, could that cause issues with the OS and Office 2013? Maybe the office updates assumes that this update is installed?

Works, most of the times unless Microsoft patches decide otherwise...
I've got nothing but a persistent 'refuse to install' HP Printer update.

I presume the other updates, if here, are installed automatically.
