Windows 8 is about to be updated to Windows 8.1, bringing with it a host of new features, performance enhancements and much more, but what should you expect and what do you need to do to get ready?The new features won't be fully revealed until Microsoft's annual Build conference in June in the US, but we do know that the company will be offering it as a free upgrade for Windows 8 customers already using the Windows 8 operating system.
