A bit controversial, maybe, thinking how much some users oppose the libraries but i would like to see the Libraries concept to be developed to a completely new level.
I mean, I like Libraries in Seven. I would like to see files with registered, common extensions to be added to corresponding library automatically. If I save or download a jpg or png, it would be found in pictures library, not depending where I save it. Downloaded exe, zip, rar etc. automatically to download library, docs to documents, PDF to ebooks, avi and mpg to videos, mp3 to music. etc.
There could then be a new entry in context menu for instance when right clicking Pictures library: "Some files in this library are not saved in Pictures folder. Would you like to move or copy them to C:\Users\Kari\Pictures?"

I don't know if anyone has posted this already, but I would like to see better management for multiple monitors. It would be nice to be able to configure power option indepentantly, spread the taskbar between them, etc.
Not sure if this is better placed here or in the What Don't You Like About Windows 7 thread.

I would like to see the complete removal of HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) as it will decrease boot time to a great extent. Ubuntu 10.4 alpha team has already remove HAL completely from GRUB bootloader.

Power efficiency, I'm all about saving money, saving power, and saving the planet.
