Windows 8 virtual installation help!

Hi guys,
i have windows 8 developer preview installed on my pc and i want to install windows 8 release preview as a guest os.

but my pc doesn't support hardware virtualization so can you please tell me how can i install windows 8 virtually on my pc,or any app that can install windows 8 virtually without virtualization technology

No virtualisation:
Try the latest VirtualBox 4.2 and see if it works: Index of /virtualbox/4.2.0_RC2/
The lastest VMware Player 5 is also available: https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/free#desktop_end_user_computing/vmware_player/5_0
Note that previous versions of these programs needed virtualisation but these are the latest and it may work, but it's not tested here yet.
These two are free products.

If those two fail you go with Parallels Workstation and they claim that you can install OSes that require virtualisation on older cpu's WITHOUT virtualisation: Download Parallels Workstation

Hi there
You don't need to enable hardware virtualisation technology in the BIOS to install a 32 bit (x-86) Guest OS on VMware or vbox. So a 32 bit version will work just fine.

You DO need it to install a 64 bit Guest OS.

(Actually slight O.T here - but even if you are running a 32 bit OS you CAN install a 64 bit Guest -- I had Windows 7 x-64 as a Guest OS on an XP HOST for a while -- but in this case you DO need Virtualisation enabled in BIOS and of course because the HOST is a 32 bit OS the maximum RAM for GUEST and HOST is of course 4 GB).
