Solved Power icon missing in system tray.

Not sure if I should post it in Performance forum.

I have a Acer Aspire 7741Z laptop.
Guest OS ....... Win 8 RP in VMware player.
Host OS ........ Win 7 Home Premium SP1.

Issue....
Power icon is missing in the system tray.
When I went to Customize > Turn System Icons On or Off > The Power icon is set at Off and pointer is grayed out ( un-clickable ).

I have google for answers, no dice.

Is it because Power icon shows on my Host OS system tray, and therefore it is not necessary to be shown in virtual machine ?
