You're running it on an ssd i guess. (Vbox is very good with hdd's too and i can't really tell).

It runs on an i7 and Crucial M4 - gave 3GB of RAM to vBox. Graphics is generic but it does the job. I installed the extension pack and the guest additions.
This setup beats double boot by far. I am going to dismantle the double boot on my laptop because it is driving me nuts. Boot is at least 10 times slower than in vBox - and it is on an i5 and OCZ Vertex. Will install it on an external disks with the Vertex removed.

VBox is the king/queen of speed.
I got a clean XP sp3 vm that boots in 4 seconds on my HDD.
What will the speed would be on SSD? (I don't have one yet)
