I recently converted my windows 7 desktop to a virtual and when I run it through VMware player the cpu is at 100%.
It looks like this process is the main culprit, running anywhere between 40 and 60 percent. If I stop the process and restart it the cpu drops from 100 to around 50 or 60%. Any ideas why ?
My desktop is windows 8 with 4gb of memory. I run this same virtual on my wife's laptop which is running windows 7 and it runs better with the cpu anywhere between 20-50% usage.
