How to create a password after installation of Win 8?

The PC Settings page has no Users option but Start, Personalize, Tile and Help. That is the Windows problem. Why can it be created a standard window. So everyone has the same window looking.

I'm afraid you won't be able to use the computer name as the name of a user. If you like, you could add a number or something to it for the user name to be able to though.

Do you mean once the PC name is made, there is no way to change it unless reinstallation of the OS and rename the PC?

No. You can change the computer name if you like. It's just that the computer name and a user's name can't be the same.
