Umm......My user account on my machine is set up as Administrator, of course. However, if I go to the account manager section and try to add a new user, it's not an option. It's.......just not there. What up with dat? LOL

I don't really know what other information to give. This was a recent install (within the last couple of weeks), and this particular run is a restore from a Macrium image file. (I changed over from MBR to GPT via Macrium image because I didn't realize my original install was going to automatically default to MBR.) Other than that, the installation has been working problem free since I got everything panned out. I have had zero problems.

Could the changeover to GPT from MBR cause problems with permissions somehow? I would venture to say that something is very wrong here, considering that I can't create user accounts.

Nevermind. For some reason on the accounts screen, you can't add a new user. You have to look at the bottom where it says "Manage Another Account" then "Add a new user in PC settings." Then it goes to one of those "charm" screens where you have to do it there. I guess that's the way the version I installed works. The only difference between this machine and the other Windows 8.1 machines I have is that this one I installed 8.1 onto directly from OEM media. The others were upgraded from 8.
