I searched in the internet how to change the Guest Account photo so I changed things in the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures . I also ended up removing the icons already in there because I still couldn't change it. The result was my Guest photo became empty. Now, there are only two items in that User Account Pictures:
MyAccount.dat (image)
Guest.dat (image) ---- I moved a photo in the folder and renamed it Guest.dat hoping that will make it work
but only the MyAccount's image is showing.
Here's for the Guest Account.
