account problems nothing left but guest

my main account named jason stopped working or something went wrong and all i got was a black screen. so i enabled guest and deleted my old account jason. thinking i could make a new one off of the guest account. i was so awfully wrong after many many hours of frustration i am here. how do i either make another account (preferably) and if thats not an option how do i restet my computer from the guest account because i cant even change PC settings. please help me out guys thanks .
