Other user screen, will not let me log in

Alright, I've only had this issue for a day but I've tried everything I can but nothing seems to work. I have searched and found other results, but the issue is that I can't even log into my default admin account.
This happened in this order
1. I shutdown my computer
2. It decided to BSOD on me before it could completely shut down.
3. It started up again, and proceeded to fix disk errors.
4. Instead of going into default account, it went into this "other user"

Things that I have tried, but didn't work

1. Signing in with a different account, it just displays Welcome, but just goes back to the login.
2.Advanced startup. Didn't even load the screen.
Yup, that's all folks. Anyone got anything that could lead me in the right direction?
