Solved How do i make USER PROFILE

I need to make a second user profile in my windows 8 account, or some way for me to have GAMING PROFILE OR ACCOUNT so that i can disable almost all of windows services in the account or profie and be able to swtich if i need to back to my account with all serices enabled.

see i windows 7 i just made a second user profile and it asked me which one to sign in when the computer booted on a black screen. that way i could choose if i was gaming i would do the one with all the services disabled, but i couldn't use that one even to print stuff, cause the printing services were disabled. so i would restart and chose the other user profile if i needed to do basic functions on the computer


how do i do it in this totally ****king rubbish ass windows 8?????

Note, I have Windows 8.1 Pro, which its a little different than the Previous Windows 8, but this will help to give a general idea where it is.

1. Open your charms bar on the right side of your screen, If you're not sure how to open the charms bar, hover your mouse in the top or bottom right corner of your screen. Click the settings tab on the bottom.

2. Click on Change PC Settings

3. Windows 8 Users - Click on "Users" - at the bottom, it should say "Other Users" and click on "Add a User". It will give an option to add a Microsoft account or a Local account.

4. Windows 8.1 Users - Click on "Accounts" In the Left Pane, Click on "Other Accounts", then click on, "Add an account". This should also give the option to create a Microsoft account or a Local account.
