Solved User Account Issues

I have an HP all in one that only shows one user (Guest) and it is password protected. It will boot. I have tried many ways to get logged in as administrator and all have failed. I know the password for the administrator account is blank. Since I cannot see the administrator icon at boot, I cannot select it. Any ideas?

Thank you. I tried that on my two Windows 8 machines at home and it did not work. I'm sure its me and will continue to work with it on my PCs. The issue was on a PC that belonged to someone else. A friend of mine had software that would allow me to create an administrator account, then I was able to get their PC right. Thanks again.
