Hi, I have a question about new accounts?

Hi, I have some systems with windows 8.1 in my office, and I need to make a account for guest to ues it when I'm not there, anyways How can I disable all going to metro and lock the system so they can not do anything but internet and some doc. Is there away to make it that they will not even use ctrl + alt + del or any other commands with the keyboard, and one more I need to ask is there away too that they can not even see the c drive and if put a cd in it will not come up, so basically Just internet and microsoft word. I went to the tutorials on this forum but I don't know what I'm looking for, and I don't know if I have put this in the right place. .
