Hi!
I am in a real impossible situation!
I set up my MS account to use the 2 step password verification.
Because I accidently deleted the second Email address I am now locked out completely from anything pertaining
to Microsoft!
Now when I try to log in I get a message that says "You are locked out of you accontr, we will send you an Email on November 28"
I can't live with this! I must have my Email to do all my daily contacts!
I have tried to contact everyone everywhere at MS, but no help! All they have done is to get me into further trouble!
Ms's advice was to use the double verification, now I can see it was for their own protection not mine!
It has protected MS for any possible responsibility if something might hold them responsible!
But it has locked me out of all me accesses to any of my on-line accounts!
What I will have to do now is delete my MS account, Get a new non-ms account & contact ALL of my on-line accounts & have them send the reports to the new address!
That is it with MS!
I will never use it again! It was very when it worked for ms, but absolutely devastating when it cut me off from VERY IMPORTANT Emails from my financial accounts, like the BANK, WATER BILLS, ELECTRIC BILLS ETC> ETC.. for a whole month that will impact my finances!
I think it is illegal to cut me off from this very necessary part of my financial world without any recourse for remedy for 30 days. In that 30 days many of my financial transaction need my input to prevent a monetary loss to me!
Can't use my 2 desktops, Surface tablet & my Windows Phone!
I guess that is the price I have to pay for LOYALTY to MICROSOFT!
