Hi, when i upgraded to windows 8.1 a few hours ago, I made a new account quickly thinking it was online only. now I can not access my own computer. The details were all made in haste, nothing written down, so I can't remember any of it.
I bought my computer refurbished a while back.
At this point will I need to start with a fresh install?
I am in Thailand and honestly don't even know where to buy Windows out here.
