trying to resolve the "temporary account" issue

I'm having this exact same problem; I have been trying to resolve the "temporary account" issue referenced in this thread, but I've been unable to log in as another user to try and go through that process. I've enabled the Administrator account and also added another user account with administrator rights, but neither of these appear as available options while logging in.

I've run the cmd script above and each of my user profiles are appearing there as enabled, but they still aren't showing in the login screen. I'm really hoping to avoid a refresh of Windows. Any other pointers that you can offer?
