Solved Ctrl - Alt - Del - With no User/Pass fields

Hi,
Could anyone help me about this strange thing ?
After exiting from the screensaver, the only thing i have is the button "Switch user".
I press CTRL+Alt+Del and only apears an arrow icon !
Shouldn't appear the User and password fields ?
It works only when i click on the Switch User
My account is a Windows live ID.

Hi there,

Thank for your help.
But, dont's now why, the only values it accepts in "Wait time" is between 1 and 15. And also the option "on resume, display logon screen " is disabled.
I did change de Wait time via GPEDIT.MSC
Where can i eneable the "On resune, display logon screen" option ?

Type to Run or to CMD - Control Userpasswords2 - Make sure, you have checked both:

"Users must enter a username and password to use this computer" and "Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete"

Wait time is only changeable when the "On resume, display logon screen" box is checked.

Having secure sign-in enabled is why you are having to click on "Switch User".

Since this option is grayed out, you have a group policy set that is enforcing it. You should be able to use step 3 in OPTION TWO of the tutorial below to undo this group policy.
