I have Windows 8 on an HP Envy. Please note that I am technologically challenged. A technician had to create a local admin account on my computer to connect to a Xerox printer (it would not recognized my Microsoft Admin account). The technician was able to activate and access the local admin account without switching out of my main admin Microsoft account. I cannot remember the steps: How do I do that? The only option I find is to switch accounts but I only want to access the local account through my regular account. Please help. Thanks. SH
