user access denied

hi people...i have removed my only admin account from the administors group and now i could not do anything in my pc..it is just a local user account now and i also have no other account assigned as admin and my built in admin account is disabled.
any help is appreciated..thank you in advance

You still have the built-in administrator.

To enable please follow these steps:

Press - Windows key + X
click "Computer Management"
locate and click "local Users and groups"
click "Users" - Note: this is where you are in the screenshot
Right Click "Administrator"
Click "set password.."
Click "Proceed"
Type in a suitable password and click "Ok"
Open the "Administrator"
in the general tab - Untick "Account Disabled"
Click "Ok"


Sign out of user and login in as the Administrator account you have just enabled.

thank you harrylot.But i tried that too and it is not working .when i try to set the password and try to apply it for built in admin account,it is popping up again that the access is denied...i know my admin account is disabled,but for enabling it also it is showing the access is denied...coz im not logged into an account with admin privileges ..and i dont have any other account with admin privileges..

Use the Offline NT Password and Registry editor to boot and unlock/enable/reset the password for the built-in administrator account.
