Solved Switching between a user and another

Witching between a user and another,

In windows 8, it appears that we have one option to switch from a user to another which is “sign out”. The “sign out” will be closing all the application open.

I’m wondering if there is an option in the windows 8 such that one can switch from a user to another but to keep applications open.

If you choose the Lock option your account will remain signed on.

Hello Jamal,

If you click/tap on any one of the other user names under Sign out in your screenshot, then it will switch to that user and leave the current account still signed in with all opened items left open.
