Solved Win 8.1 (not Pro, not Enterp.) Administrator login - How?

Google-Bing shows:

Here - Log on as Administrator in Windows 8 - Help Desk Geek
&
Here - Run as Administrator on Windows 8.1 | Codes from the field

But nope. I don't see any of those options, except the Run command line as Admin – but after successfully doing that and rebooting, I don't get the Administrator login (along with my own) like I would in Win7.

I assume those links show Windows 8.1 Pro or Enterprise

My Purpose:
From “Add or Remove Programs” I've uninstalled McAfee from my machine's Lenovo pre-install. But there was still a McAfee item in my: Task Manager | Startup tab (now disabled) – but there are still three pesky little McAfee processes running on the process tab, and I can't kill them. I'm thinking I probably have to login as true-Admin (even though my base account is associated with Administrator [for now].)

These processes need to go bye-bye:
- McAfee Core Firewall Service
- McAfee On-Access Scanner service
- McAfee Process Validation Service

I'm going to run with Microsoft Defender and Malwarebytes.

I assume McAfee makes it hard so your kids can't just uninstall “family protections”. (just a guess)

(Note: I'm logged in locally, not me@microsoft-domain.com)

Thank you for any info!

Oh yeah. Root-problem solved. (Nice shootin' partner. Thank you!)

..but ..but, I'm still curious on how to login as true-admin, for “next time”.

So I guess I'll keep this thread open for now, since, as I look at it again, that was the original question.

The true admin account is called the Built in Elevated Admin account, there is also a 'User Admin account and a standard account You can create separate accounts for each one which should give you the multiple sign in's.

Shawn has covered the details of how to set this up in one of his famous tutorials.
