Hi all
Just updated to windows 8.1 but find that a password security function has frozen on one of our important accounts. After entering our first stage password when going back into the account later the password is still attached meaning that it is possible to go straight into the secondary security function.
Obviously this means entry into this account could be compromised, this has only happened since up dating to 8.1. Has any one come across this and are there any ideas as to how we can correct. Being a bit techno void a simple remedy would be appreciated.
