Hello Everyone
I have a laptop with windows 8 pro on it.
There are three problems that I need help with.
First of all I am not the only user of my laptop so I need to make different accounts (user accounts), I understand how to do this from previous windows versions but windows 8 insists on having a password for the new accounts Ive made. I do not want to create a password on any secondary accounts I create because they will be used by people with very little computer knowledge and I want to make things as easy as possible for them (a limited account with no password). Also on my own user account I want administrator rights and a password (I have no problem in creating the administrator password protected account).
Secondly, the startup/shutdown of windows 8 does not show me the logon screen as in windows 7, etc. Although the person with the limited account will primarily be using the computer, occasionally I would like to log into my account and make a few changes, browse the internet etc.
Thirdly, when the limited account starts I do not want any programs to run (no skype, no Microsoft Outlook or anything)- I want windows 8 to start at the metro screen. Totally different for the administrator account, I want it to autostart Microsoft Outlook, skype and maybe a few other programs and start in the desktop (windows 7 style) and I do miss the start button - how do I get it back?
Nick
