OMG the user tab on the pc setting is gone.

Is my windows corrupted. I cannot change or add or turn on guest account in windows 8. when I click on manage on account nothing happens. and when i click pc setting from the charm the user tab is not there. what happen can someone help me fix this issue whithout resetting windows.. please

If you have a restore point available that is dated before this happened, then you could do a System Restore to quickly go back to a point in time before this happened to hopefully fix it.

No I dont have a restore point. I need to know if there is a way to get this back without clean or refresh install. But thanks for the help.

This may be from a group policy setting. If you like, reset all group policy settings back to default using the method in the tutorial below to see if it is restored afterwards.
