Need help urgently!!!

Hello all,
I have accidentally deleted a file from appdata\temp and I cannot acces my account, so I have to login as admin......
Any ideea how to get my account back?!?!?!?

What file did you delete?

You could try doing a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before you deleted the file.

In the admin account, simply make a new administrator account and transfer your files there.
