64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate & Windows 8 Consumer Preview
Hello c4cyro, and welcome to Eight Forums.
Are you trying to upgrade to the 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 8 Developer Preview?
Since you have 64-bit Windows 7 installed, you would need to be upgrading to the 64-bit Windows 8 Developer Preview to have the options like in step 5.
Personally, since Windows 8 is still only a developer preview, I would recommend that you dual boot with it instead if you have the HDD space to do so. Windows 8 is really not recommended to be your primary OS since it is only a developer preview.
