App - Sync License in Windows 8

How to Sync App Licenses in Windows 8 and 8.1

information   Information
If a license for a Store app is out of sync with the license installed on your PC, the app might stop working, not showing up to date live tile information, or display a black "x" or cross in a white circle in the bottom right of the tile.

This tutorial will show you how to sync your app licenses in Windows 8 and 8.1.

Here's How:

1. Open the Start screen, and click/tap on the Store tile to open it. (see screenshot below)

2. While in the Store, open the Charms bar, and click/tap on the Settings charm.

3. In the Settings charm bar, click/tap on App updates. (see screenshot below)

That's it,
Shawn

Me too from fresh install after midnight just from doing windows updates I had literally 100's of error in event viewer.

I keep all your tuts on storage drives for optimization etc. I was on 7 forums had some issues but one of the mods was really disrespectful so don't visit much anymore.

But glad to track you down and give super thanks to personally your tuts have helped no telling how many 100's millions of users.
